How We Measure Impact
We focus on outcomes that reflect stability, dignity, and independence. Our impact framework centers on three core areas:
Recovery Access
- Individuals receiving treatment through scholarships
- Successful completion of detox, residential, or outpatient programs
- Continued engagement in recovery services
Housing Stability
- Individuals placed in supportive or transitional housing
- Length of housing stability during and after program participation
- Progression toward independent living
Employment & Self-Sufficiency
- Participants completing vocational training
- Job placements through workforce partnerships
- Income stability and employment retention
Accountability & Transparency
We believe accountability is essential to sustainable impact. Shepherd’s Love Foundation:
- Tracks program outcomes consistently
- Evaluates effectiveness across all initiatives
- Maintains financial oversight and responsible stewardship
- Provides documentation for donors and grant partners upon request
