Kevin Thomas
Founder & Executive Director
Kevin Thomas founded Shepherd’s Love Foundation in response to the growing need for accessible recovery resources for individuals affected by addiction and homelessness. With a deep commitment to dignity, accountability, and restoration, he provides strategic leadership and vision for the organization.
As Executive Director, Kevin oversees:
Organizational strategy and mission alignment
Program development and implementation
Financial stewardship and donor accountability
Partnerships with treatment providers, housing partners, and community organizations
His leadership is grounded in compassion, faith-inspired service, and a commitment to measurable, life-changing outcomes.
Elizabeth Joseph
Co-Founder & Director of Programs
Elizabeth Joseph serves as Co-Founder and Director of Programs, bringing a hands-on, people-centered approach to Shepherd’s Love Foundation’s work. She is responsible for ensuring that programs are structured, ethical, and responsive to the real needs of those served.
Her role includes:
Program design and oversight
Coordination with treatment, housing, and employment partners
Ensuring accountability and continuity of care
Monitoring outcomes and program effectiveness
